Platinum Care Guarantee
Quality water has never been so simple! Emerald Coast Culligan’s Platinum Care provides you with worry-free water quality. Culligan Platinum Care includes salt, filters, chemicals, parts and labor, for as long as you are a member.
Coverage price varies based on equipment covered, raw water characteristics and water usage.
Water Softeners
- Preventative Maintenance – Every other month a Culligan Service Technician will perform a check up and maintenance on your system
- Salt Delivery – We will maintain the salt for your system
- Parts – All parts and components are covered
- Labor – Never pay for service labor during normal business hours
Drinking Water Systems
- Annual scheduled service call for testing and sanitization
- Annual filter change
- Replace RO Membrane as Needed
- Test water
- Cover parts and labor for the entire system
